Once your AlphaPlan™ is active, the ingenious management tool takes over, , you're still the Captain but the plane is on autopilot… The tedious, time consuming task of monitoring staff progress and action point completion is done by AlphaPlan™. It automatically reminds staff (via email) that their tasks are due for completion soon. When the completion date arrives AlphaPlan™ asks the staff member if they have completed their action point… If their task IS completed, all staff members on the AlphaPlan™ (and you of course) are notified and the plan is updated (a great way to acknowledge every success along the way!). If, however, the task is NOT completed then all staff members on the AlphaPlan™ (and you of course) are notified and the completion date gets amended by you (a great way to encourage accountability!).
